【摘要】:1ThispartofISO9924specifiesathermogravimetricmethodforthedeterminationofthetotalorganiccontent,carbonblackcontentandashinvulcanizatesanduncuredcompounds.Thelossinmassat300℃isanapproximateguidetothevolatile-mattercontentofthecompound.2Themethodissuitablefortheanalysisofrubbercompoundsandvulcanizatescontainingthefollowingrubbersoccurringaloneorasmixtures:a)polyisopreneofnaturalorsyntheticorigin;b)polybutadiene;c)styrene-butadienecopolymers;d)isobutylene-isoprenecopolymers;e)ethylene-propylenecopolymersandrelatedterpolymers.NOTEThefieldofapplicationofthemethodmaybeextendedtotheanalysisofcompoundscontainingrubbersdifferentfromthosegiveninthissubclause,providedthattheapplicabilityofthemethodistestedbeforehandusingknowncompoundsorvulcanizateshavingasimilarcomposition.OthercompoundsarecoveredinISO9924-2.3Themethodisnotsuitableforrubberscontainingpolymerswhichformacarbonaceousresidueduringpyrolysis,suchasmanychlorine-ornitrogen-containingrubbers.4Themethodisalsonotsuitableformaterialscontainingadditiveswhichcausetheformationofcarbonaceousresiduesduringpyrolysis,suchascobaltandleadsaltsorphenolicresins.5Themethodisnotsuitableforcompoundscontainingmineralfillers,suchascarbonatesorhydratedaluminiumoxides,whichdecomposeinthetemperaturerangefrom25℃to650℃,unlesssuitablecorrectionsbasedonpriorknowledgeoffillerbehaviourcanbemade.6Themethodisnotsuitableforthedeterminationofthetotalpolymercontentofcompoundsorvulcanizatescontainingnon-rubberorganicingredientsthatcannotbecompletelyremovedbysolventextractioncarriedoutinaccordancewithISO1407.
