【摘要】:Therequirementsforradiographicexaminationinthispracticeareapplicabletoalltypesofmetallicandnonmetallicmaterialusedindesignatedapplicationssuchasgasturbinesandflightstructures.Thispracticeestablishesthebasicparametersfortheapplicationandcontroloftheradiographicprocess.Thispracticemaybespecifiedonanengineeringdrawing,specificationorcontract;however,itisnotadetailedradiographictechniqueandmustbesupplemented.Section7andTestMethodsE1030andE1032containinformationtohelpdevelopdetailedradiographictechniques.1.1Thispracticeestablishestheminimumrequirementsforradiographicexaminationofmetallicandnonmetallicmaterialsandcomponentsusedindesignatedapplicationssuchasgasturbineenginesandflightstructures.1.2Therequirementsinthispracticeareintendedtocontroltheradiographicprocesstoensurethequalityofradiographicimagesproducedforuseindesignatedapplicationssuchasgasturbineenginesandflightstructures;thispracticeisnotintendedtoestablishacceptancecriteriaformaterialorcomponents.Whenexaminationisperformedinaccordancewiththispractice,engineeringdrawings,specificationsorotherapplicabledocumentsshallindicatetheacceptancecriteria.1.3Allareasofthispracticemaybeopentoagreementbetweenthecognizantengineeringorganizationandthesupplier,orspecificdirectionfromthecognizantengineeringorganization.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
