【摘要】:ThispracticepresentsaprocedureandrelatedtablesoffactorsforadaptingPracticeE2234(equivalenttoMIL-STD-105)samplingplanstoacceptancesamplinginspectionwhentheitemqualityofinterestislifelengthorreliability.Factorsareprovidedforthreealternativecriteriaforlotevaluation:meanlife,hazardrate,andreliablelife.Inspectionofthesampleisbyattributeswithtestingtruncatedattheendofsomeprearrangedperiodoftime.TheWeibulldistribution,togetherwiththeexponentialdistributionasaspecialcase,isusedastheunderlyingstatisticalmodel.Asystemofunitsisnotspecifiedbythispractice.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
